If you prefer not to make your contribution online, you may download, print and complete this Sponsorship-Donation-Advertising Form and submit it to Christ the King School with your donation by March 10, 2014.
You are NOT required to bring/show eTickets or a Receipt to gain entry into the event or participate in the "High Roller" Tournament, as the name(s) provided for each Guest will be on our “RSVP” list. Simply provide your name at the registration table upon arrival to check in.
Refund Policy: eTickets, Sponsorships, Advertising and/or other items purchased for a nonprofit event are nonrefundable.
